A flower order for Chatelet can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Maison Magritte is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Monument Franco-Belge in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Chatelet is 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. An address in La Blanche-Porte should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending flowers to École Saint-Géry Bouffioulx, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Chapelle Saint-Roch, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Église Evangélique Pentecôtiste de Châtelet are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Église Notre-Dame de Patience, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Funérailles Henin before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pizza Hut needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
