Arrange a flower delivery in Ieper online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Menin Gate is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Demarcation Stone No. 19: Ypres are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Ieper. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For a recipient whose address is in De Vloei, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Novotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Ariane Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at Hotel Ambrosia, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When arranging flowers for Novotel, note its listed address, Sint-Jacobsstraat 15; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Freinetschool De Tierlantuin, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Steinerschool Koningsdale, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Middelareskerk, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Saint George's Memorial Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Saint Martin's Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer - District Ieper, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the destination is in Torrepoort, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at De Leet, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
