For a recipient in Uccle, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Memorial 22/03 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Monument to the Foresters are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Uccle is 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Churchill.
Before sending flowers to Bogaerts International School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Athénée royal Uccle 1 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée Français Jean-Monnet, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Stalle Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Église Sacré-Cœur - Heilig Hartkerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Paul - Sint-Pauluskerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Centre administratif d’Uccle - Administratief Centrum van Ukkel should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Where the delivery address includes Le Chat - De Kat, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a tribute addressed to Aeternia by Alveus, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Dieweg Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Chalet de la Forêt, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
