For delivery on the same day in Donga, the order needs to be placed before 13:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in 1er Arrondissement.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Biguina Health Center, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Before sending to Centre de Santé Communal de Ouaké, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Check that Auberge La princesse can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel Gladenzo, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Flowers for a service at Bounvari catholic church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Grande mosquée centrale de Djougou, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Mosquée, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel la Donga, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
A flower order for a recipient at Hôpital de l'Ordre de Malte needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Address flowers for someone at Hôtel de Ville de Ouaké with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for 2e Arrondissement should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Thanking God, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Before sending flowers to École primaire Toko Toko, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
