Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Sofia City can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Hladilnika should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Acibadem City Clinic Orthopaedic, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. When the recipient is at Acibadem City Clinic Vitosha, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. A flower order for a recipient at Vita hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Acibadem City Clinic Orthopaedic is listed at Околовръстен път 127; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Russian Lyceum is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at The American College of Sofia, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Boyana Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Ibis should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When the destination is in Krasna polyana 1, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Grave, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. A tribute addressed to Central Sofia Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
