A flower order for Stoevo can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Sending to Avalon? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address for Avalon is given as Иван Вазов 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at History, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
