Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Pachacama can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Centro Educativo Integral Rayen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Colegio Domingo Santa Cruz Wilson is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Parroquial San Nicolás, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to La pioca, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ilustre Municipalidad de Hijuelas, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Jubaea, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
