You do not need to be in Chenzhou to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the recipient’s address is in Bailudong, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When the recipient is at Yizhang People's Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. 文明南路 17号 is the listed address of Yizhang People's Hospital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Zixing Municipal High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Chenzhou No. 5 Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Gaoyiling Danxia Secret Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
An order for a staff member at The people's Government of Yizhang Conty should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Chengshui.
