A flower order for Cixi can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Standing Warrior is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Cixi, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Baishalu, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a guest at Empark Grand Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Atour Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hanting Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address for Empark Grand Hotel is given as Jinyuan Avenue 9; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Haizhen School Binhai Experimental Campus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Binhai Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ningbo Qianwan New Area Shijicheng Experimental Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Andongzhen Christian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Jinxian temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address details for Gutang should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Haidilao Hot Pot, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
