The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Datong. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Gucheng.
Before ordering for a guest at Garden Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Garden Hotel is listed at Xiaonan St. 59; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Huayan Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Shanhua Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Chunyang Taoist Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in Pingyuan, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
