Planning a same-day delivery in Hetian? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When entering an address in Gujanbagh, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending to Hotan Prefecture Maternal and Child Health Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For a patient at Hotan Prefecture People's Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
A delivery for Hotan No.1 Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Hotan No.1 Primary School (South Campus), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Hotan No.3 Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Westlake International Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending to a patient at Hotan City People's Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Address flowers for someone at Hotan City People's Court with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Gulbagh.
