When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Guandu, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending to Fuwai Yunnan Cardiovascular Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Kunming Children's Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before sending flowers to Guandu No.6 Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Kunming No.1 High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Yunnan University Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Chenggong Confucian Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Yuantong Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with InterContinental before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When the recipient is at The First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For a recipient at Yunnan Provincial People's Government, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Haidilao Hot Pot, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A flower order for someone staying at Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Colorful Yunnan should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Henson Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
