For a recipient in Luoping, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
If the recipient is staying at Marrol’s Boutique hôtel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Cloud Hotel Luoping, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. You will find Marrol’s Boutique hôtel listed at yungui Road, n. 165 165; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
