Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For someone in Xingang, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Sanxianshan Grand Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Penglai New gorgeous Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Address details for Penglai Econonic-Technological Development Area should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
