Same-day orders for Zhaoqing close at 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Luogang, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a guest at Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Downtown, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Atour Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to Hanting Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The street address listed for Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Downtown is 星湖大道 13; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Dawang Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Dinghu Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Jinli Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Jade Emperor Hall, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Lingxiao Palace, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Qingyun Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at The First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For an address in Shijian, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Ajisen Ramen, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a patient at Zhaoqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
