Send flowers to Arby from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Genforeningssten is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Melby, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Gaardhotellet, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Kalundborg Friskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Tømmerup Skole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Årby Skole, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Nyvangs Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Lerchenborg Bed & Breakfast, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before placing a workplace order for KALUNDBORG FORSYNING, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For a recipient whose address is in Kalundborg Lyng, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Restaurant Sheng Hua, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
