A flower order for Bogo By can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Genforeningssten are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Frederik VII in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Bogo By. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Gammelby, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending flowers to someone at Bogø Kostskole? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Stubbekøbing Skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Grønsund Idrætsefterskole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Bogø Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Stubbekøbing Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Landsmans should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If the recipient’s address is in Nyby, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Spice & Rice, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
