Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Hvidbjerg without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Genforeningssten is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Hvidbjerg is 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
For a delivery to a teacher at Handbjerghus Efterskole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Lyngs Idrætsefterskole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Thyholm Skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Hvidbjerg Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Odby Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Søndbjerg Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Tambohus Kro, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Tambohus Kro needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
