A florist in Lellinge handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Frederik VII are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Genforeningssten in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Yderholm, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Four Points Flex by Sheraton, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sct. Nicolai Skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Højelse Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Sankt Nicolai Kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Ølby Kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Centralhotellet, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
When ordering for a recipient at Køge Rådhus, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the recipient’s address is in Gammel Køge By, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If flowers are going to Claras Kirkegaard, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Muma Køge, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
