Send your flower order for Virklund online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Alex Foss is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Virklund. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes Funder Bakke, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check with Gl. Skovridergaard before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to Radisson? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Gjessø Skole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Langsøskolen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Sejs Skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Silkeborg Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Virklund Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Vor Frue Kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Dania, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A flower order for a recipient at Silkeborg Centralsygehus - K needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When ordering for a recipient at Naturstyrelsen Søhøjlandet, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When entering an address in Holten, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Dorthea Nedergaard before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
For a table booked at Michael D, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Use the hospital’s full address for Silkeborg Centralsygehus - M1, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
