Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Voersa. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Hans Kristensen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the recipient’s address is in Lyngså Gårde, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Stensnæsskolen, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Albæk Kirke, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Lyngså Kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Riverside Voersaa can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Riverside Voersaa, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
