Send your flower order for Balayan online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Clemencia Castelo Lopez is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Sixto Castelo Lopez in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Barangay 10, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Balayan Bayview Hospital & Medical Center needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For a delivery to a teacher at Calan Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dilao Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Dr. Jose A. Alaras Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Balayan Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia ni Cristo - Lokal ng Balayan, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Jesus Is Our Shield Worldwide Ministries Balayan Chapter, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to Don Manuel Lopez Memorial District Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For someone working at NBI Satellite Office, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the destination is in Barangay 11, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at L’Bulalo Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
