You do not need to be in Lemsia to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Queen Tamar are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Lemsia is 14:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Gvaldiri, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Lanchvali Inn, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Elite House, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Lahili, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For an order addressed to Lanchvali Inn, the listed location is ლანჩვალის ქუჩა 8; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Mestia Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Public School #2 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Heshkil St. George Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Heshkili St. Elijah's Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Lashtskhveri Gabriel Archangel church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Mestia Local Archive, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Hatsvali.
For a table booked at Lanchvali, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
