Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Channapatna Housing Board Colony, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery for Islamiya Arabic College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Shri Nanjundeshwara Swami Sukshepa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Sri Udasalamma Devi & Sri Matsalamma Devi, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Yaaga Shaala, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Saviruchi, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a recipient at Alur Government Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Guddenahalli.
For a table booked at Madhu Residency, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
