For delivery on the same day in Baihar, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Check with the ward at Government Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Government Hospital is listed at Main Road Dr. Ambedkar Chouk Baihar; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at High School ground, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Little Kingdom public school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Vivek Jyoti School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Eid Gaah Baihar, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Joda Pat Mandir, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mahapragya Bauddha Vihar, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Istaqbal Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If the recipient works at Baihar Civil Court, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
