Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Dharmapuri housing coloy, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending to Kappad,Chelora Ayush PHC, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Check with the ward at Primary health centre, Chelora before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Badriyya English School Thaze Chovva, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Government Lower Primary School Chovva? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Kizhuthally West Lower Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Kanji Kamakshiyamman Kovil, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Someswari Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Vairighathakan Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Homeo Dispensary ,pallipram, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Address flowers for someone at Kannur Municipal Corporation Zonal Office Chelora with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Kappad, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a table booked at Malabar Palace Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
