The same-day ordering cutoff in Dabra is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Civil Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Before sending to DR. Anant Ketkar, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Sending to a patient at Dr. DS Thakur Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. The street address listed for Civil Hospital is Dabra; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sant Kanwar School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Shree Katam Hanumanji Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Shri kamleshwar temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at HOTEL THE ND GRANDE, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
