Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Check with the ward at Pooja Surgical Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending flowers to The Study Sen. Sec. School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Vidya Niketan Sec. School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Aadarsh Govt Sr Secondary School Gowari? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Boraj Mata Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Digambar Jain Mandir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Ganesh Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Atithi Palace should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending to a patient at City Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
When ordering for a recipient at District Child Protection Unit, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Maharaja Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
