Planning a same-day delivery in Erattupetta? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For someone in Alanadu, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Use the hospital’s full address for Government Hospital Erattupetta, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Medicare Childrens Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. A flower order for a recipient at Thekkekara Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For delivery details relating to Government Hospital Erattupetta, its listed address is Erattupetta - Kanjirapally Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Alphonsa Residential School Ground, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Government Lower Primary School Thalanadu, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for st.antony's HSS poonjar is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Hira Masjid, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Huda Juma Masjid, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Sreerama Temple Thalappalam, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to AC Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Village Office Poonjar, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Kottaramattom.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at House of Blues, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
If you are sending to a guest of Orchid Hotel Poonjar, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Check that Pradeep Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
