For a recipient in Karwar, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Karwar, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in Karnataka Housing Board Colony, keep that place name in the address you enter.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Mahamaya, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at St. Joseph School Ground, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Shan Shamsuddin Kharobat Dargah are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Shantadurga Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Emerald Bay, Karwar, Sterling Holidays, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
If the recipient works at District Court Karwar, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Kodibag, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bangarappa Hotel, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
