For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
If the service takes place at Gopalsamy temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Perumal Kovil, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Sri Ragavendra Temple, Paparpatti are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Tamilnadu Hoggenakal, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Government Hospital, Pennagaram, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For a table booked at Amritha Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
