A florist in Tramore handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as 1999 Helicopter Crash are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Memory of the crew of "Rescue 111" is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for O'Shea's Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Sending flowers to someone at Gaelscoil Philib Barún? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Ardscoil Na Mara, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Glór na Mara National School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Christ Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Holy Cross Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Majestic Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Banyan, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
