Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Anan. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in Anan. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Fukasecho, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a service at 21 Tairyu-ji, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at 22 Byodo-ji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Super Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Kamocho.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at HANAMARU, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
