Send your flower order for Ibusuki online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Here is the birthplace of Hamasaki Taheiji in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Ibusuki Naval Seaplane Base Kamikaze Pilots Memorial Monument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Ibusuki is 12:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. An address in Iwamoto should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a guest at Ryokan Ginsyou, famous for its couple's open-air bath, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check that Ibusuki Iwasaki Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Flowers for a service at Hirakiki-jinja Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hachiman-Gu, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Mitke Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Ibusuki Hakusuikan, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Before sending to Medipolis Proton Therapy and Research Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
When the destination is in Kaimon-Ueno, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ristorante Fenice, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
