You do not need to be in Kazuno to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Kazuno close at 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Hanawa, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Boujoso, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Hotel Garden Kawamura before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Fukenoyu can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending to Kazuno Central Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Osarizawa.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gusto, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
