Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Charlevoix can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Albert Rousseau in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. André Biéler is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Repère Boréal, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If the recipient is staying at Hôtel Georges, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. If you are sending to a guest of La maison Otis, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address given for Repère Boréal is Route du Fleuve 3141; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at École Dominique Savio, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for École Léonce-Boivin is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at École Saint-Francois? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Église L’Assomption, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Centre Hospitalier de Charlevoix needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Address flowers for someone at Kilomètre 180 with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Café des artistes, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
