Same Day Delivery
A florist in Qualicum Beach handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Sending to Crown Mansion Boutique Hotel & Villas? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If the recipient is staying at Sand Pebbles Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Qualicum Beach House should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The street address listed for Crown Mansion Boutique Hotel & Villas is East Crescent Road 292; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Kwalikum Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Arrowview Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Qualicum Beach Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at St. Stephens United Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Qualicum Beach Town Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the delivery address is Qualicum Beach Memorial Services, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Black Bird Schnitzel Haus, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
