Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Dudi View, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Equator Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If the recipient is staying at Kitwe Lodge, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. You will find Dudi View listed at Rongo-Kisii Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Agoro Sare High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Agoro Sare Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Rawinji Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Agoro Sare SDA, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Old church bld, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Redeemed Gospel Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
