You can order flowers for Protaras online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Check that Constantinos The Great can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Kapetanios Bay Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a service at Agioi Saranta, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Church of Profitis Ilias, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Saint Haralambos are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Anastasia Beach Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When ordering for a recipient at Department of Fisheries and Marine Research, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bikini Beach Bar & Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
