For a recipient in Akkar, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Akkar. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Notre Dame de la Paix Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Al Birah Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before sending flowers to AL IMAN SCHOOL, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Rajem Issa, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for school rajem khalaf is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Grand Tall Maayan Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Mar Doumit Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Mar Elias Church Charbila, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Dabbusiyah, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Use the hospital’s full address for Akkar Rahal Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For a recipient at Municipality Mhamra, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
