Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Baabd. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Assassination of Hassan Nasrallah is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Site of Tel Al-Zaatar massacre in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For someone in Dahieh, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Mount Lebanon Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Check with the ward at Sacre Coeur Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Sending to Beirut Golden Plaza Suites? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Saintd Lourdes Residences, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at National Protestant College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Collège Notre Dame des Soeurs Antonines - Jamhour is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Al Saha, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a patient at Bellevue Medical Center, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Check whether Baabda Presidential Palace accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Lailake.
A tribute addressed to Mar Nohra Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Tarek Chicken, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a service at Saint Nohra Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
