Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hamra. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for El Hamra should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Bikhazi Medical group - BMG, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Sending to a patient at Halim & Aida Daniel Academic and Clinical Centre calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for American University Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The address for Bikhazi Medical group - BMG is given as شارع عمر بن عبد العزيز; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Marble Tower, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sending to Embassy Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at The J Hotel & Spa, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For delivery details relating to Hôtel Marble Tower, its listed address is شارع نعمة يافت; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Daouk Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Masjid Al-Hamra, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Église Nationale Évangélique, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Chopsticks needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
