You do not need to be in Kefraya to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Cedar Tree Battalion are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Saint Charbel in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Kefraya close at 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Guard, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If the recipient is staying at Main Reception, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Collège Saint-Jean? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at St. Maroun Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Al Khryzat Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Kherbet Kanafar Governmental Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For a table booked at Dionysos, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
