A florist in Dungun handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Dungun close at 15:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Kuala Dungun, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the recipient is staying at Budget homestay charchar, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Tanjong Jara Resort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for SJK (C) Kwang Hwa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Masjid Kampung Serdang are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Kampung Nyior Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of The Qamar Paka, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Sending to a patient at Dungun Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Pusat Aktiviti Warga Emas Dungun, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kampung Pulau Serai.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
