You do not need to be in Langkawi to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When the destination is in Menghulu River Village, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Langkawi Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. For an order addressed to Langkawi Hospital, the listed location is Jalan Padang Mat Sirat; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Grand Continental should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If the service takes place at A'ishah Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Langkawi Moral Uplifting Society are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Langkawi Thean Hou Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Langkasuka, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If the recipient works at Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency State Of Kedah & Perlis, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Taman Simfoni, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at GMburger, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
