You do not need to be in Tarxien to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Monument tal-Gwerra in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Paola Annexe, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Skola Medja Tarxien, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Skola Primarja Tarxien, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Church of the Risen Christ (of All Souls), ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Knisja Parrokjali ta' Ħal Tarxien are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Knisja ta' San Bartilmew Appostlu, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Villa Bowyer, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For someone working at Kunsill Lokali Tarxien, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
