For a recipient in Ouezzane, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Lala Oum Hani لالة أم هاني in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Magana الماكنة (الساعة) are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Place a same-day order for Ouezzane by the local cutoff of 15:00. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Before sending flowers to Al Hassania الحسنية, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Moulay Abdellah Cherif الثانوية الإعدادية مولاي عبد الله الشريف, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Ecole Al Massla & Al Massira is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Lalla Hiba لالة هبة, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Moulay Abdellah Cherif مولاي عبد الله الشريف, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Moulay Touhami are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hôtel l'Escale? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Bureau d'impots القباضة, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a table booked at APIA Restaurant & Shop, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
