Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Le Lamentin. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Balleu.
Sending to a patient at Hôpital Mangot Vulcin calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Mandy François-Elie, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Section d'enseignement général et professionnel adapté du Collège Edouard Glissant? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Section d'enseignement professionnel du Lycée polyvalent Acajou 2, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Laurent, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Église Assemblée de Dieu are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Hôpital Lamentin Bourg before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
An order for a staff member at France Travail should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Address details for Bélème should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hippopotamus, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
