For a recipient in Acapulco, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Jose Fco. Ruiz Massieu are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Juan Gabriel in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Acapulco close at 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Ciudad Renacimiento.
Sending to Casa Lisa? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Amares Acapulco, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Condesa Palace, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For an order addressed to Casa Lisa, the listed location is Avenida Lomas del Mar; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Secundaria Técnica 78 Raúl Pous Ortiz, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for UCDR is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Altar a la Virgen de Guadalupe, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Catedral Av. Universidad, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital Santa Lucia, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Instituto Nacional de Migración, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Applebee's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
