The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Agua Fría, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for a recipient at Red Cross needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Sending to a patient at El Manguito calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
Before sending flowers to Preparatoria Federal, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Primaria Joaquin A. Pagaza, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Comunidad de aprendizaje La Casita? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla de Guadalupe, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capilla de la Candelaria, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at IGLESIA SAN FRANCISCO DE ASIS, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Cinco can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending to IMSS, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If the recipient works at SAT - Módulo de servicios tributarios, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
An address in El Calvario should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
